What days do you deliver?
We deliver Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.
Where are you located?
Our farm is located on the Mornington Peninsula, what we dont grow ourselves we try source from other LOCAL growers, what we cant source locally, the produce is still AUSSIE GROWN.
What are your cut off times to receive a delivery?
- Orders submitted by Sunday 12pm – Monday delivery
- Orders submitted by Tuesday 12pm – Wednesday delivery
- Orders submitted by Thursday 12pm – Friday delivery
- Orders submitted by Friday 12pm – Saturday delivery
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No we will leave it in a safe place near your front door
Tried to sign in to Fresho and FFTR isn’t there?
It’s likely that you have an existing login with Fresho. Please contact us.
How do we order in small quantities?
Go to the cell box of the item and type there .25 for 250g or .5 for 500g for example.
I’m having trouble entering my address?
That’s because you have already entered it when you logged in to Fresho. There is a default to enter your log in address.
Can I change my delivery date?
You can change it forward, only until cut off time of delivery.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
You should receive a confirmation email, please also check your junk folders or also click on orders in Fresho and you can see the status of your order there. If it is still in the “in progress” stage it has not been completed correctly.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the day/evening before delivery.
Is there a way to save items that I order on a regular basis?
Yes there is, items can be saved to your PANTRY by clicking on the star icon next to the actual product.
