You can use cocoa powder OR Drinking chocolate for a sweeter taste as this has no added sugar in the recipe.
500 grams Pumpkin
1 ½ cups Whole meal flour
1 cup Cocoa powder OR Drinking Chocolate
½ tsp Baking Powder
¾ cup Maple Syrup
¾ cup Olive Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Pre- heat oven at 180 degrees.
Boil pumpkin & mash, set aside to cool down.
Mix whole meal flour, cocoa powder & baking powder in one bowl.
In another bowl mix, olive oil, maple syrup, eggs & vanilla essence once combined add into the flour mix then add the pumpkin and mix and bake for 35 min – 40 min.
