Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken Diced
1 small Onion Diced
3 stalks Celery Diced
5 cloves Garlic Chopped
500 grams Mushroom Quartered
3-4 TBS Plain Flour
2 Cups Vegetable Stock
¾ Cup Milk – Full Cream
Season Salt, Pepper & Thyme
Directions:
Fill a pot of water and add chicken and bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes, take off the heat.
In a large pan sauté onion, celery and garlic add in the chicken and flour then the stock and milk and simmer until it thickens remove from heat, cool and freeze or straight into the pie maker.
