
Apple Filling can be used for so many different ways from turning it into a cake to making Apple Crumble or even straight from the pan.
Ingredients:
4 Med – Lrg | Apples Red or Green |
2 TSP | Lemon Juice |
250 Grams | Butter |
½ cup | Caster Sugar |
½ TSP | Clove |
1 TBS | Ground Cinnamon |
Directions:
Slice apples into small slices, add the lemon juice to stop browning.
Melt butter and Caster Sugar a saucepan.
Add in the apples, Cinnamon & Clove, and simmer for 10 -15 minutes until apples are soft.
Cool and store in refrigerator or eat with hot with some fresh ice-cream or cream.
